Good location, good service of staff team, small breakfast line but tasty. I really like free drinking water, coffee and tea 24 hrs service. Bed is a bit small but still comfortable. Elevator is very small. If you have bigger than 28" luggage, maybe can't put it in. Overall is good choice.

The location is just excellent. You have hundreds of cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and even canteens nearby this place. ||||Rooms are spacious and neat and clean. The ambience is good. It is quiet well organised with fast check in and check out. ||||A decent breakfast is available.

I really love this hotel, it's old fashioned but caring- the staff are friendly and genuinely helpful and there are lovely touches like free tea and coffee throughout the day and a water cooler on each floor. Breakfast was fine, the usual three star hotel standard for Russia, I really don't know what other reviewers complain about, there was plenty of choice and it was a good standard, I especially liked the little pastries in all different flavours. The location is great, it's near the Crown Plaza and a fancy shopping centre (mall) so it feels very safe and is both reasonably quiet but within walking distance of the historical centre and Hermitage etc. However on our second night the curtain rail fell down with the curtains. We came back the following evening to find that the rail and curtains had been thrown in a corner and there was no sign of anyone to repair it. We therefore woke with the sunrise the following morning! It's such a shame that this spoiled an otherwise excellent stay.

Location was great. We all love the place. Rooms were very clean and big. Facilties were in good use. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good . We will come back to stay again if we have a chance to visit this country.
